My friend (_jd on the forum) bought from them. Was a little bit upset when I got my bike, paid the same price and got something much better. The components are a bit cheap and if you can find someone selling (either this forum, gumtree, etc) you can normally get a better bike for similar price.

the blurb says frames are straight and true. nothing about forks though. check the 4th bike. 23inch BSA. surley those forks are a problem... make sure you try and check over. just like any 2nd hand bike really.

I have to be honest a while back I went with a friend to see those bikes and really was not impressed at all, just everything seemed a bit wrong... Maybe they are better now... Biut for that money I am sure there are other good options...H

They're better now they come with 2 brakes, but still exceptionally expensive for what you're getting.
Edit to add: Cannot believe they're selling this. Those forks are clearly bent.
It's pretty good evidence of the fact they either don't really know what they're doing, or are exploiting people who don't know much about bikes. Steer clear of them.

Look at the state of the cable routing on this:
Sheldon says (from beyond the grave): "Gear shift and brake cables often show the difference between a hastily assembled bike and one which has been assembled by a mechanic who cared what he or she was doing."
Take heed.

Hi,
I'm about to buy my first single speed and I was thinking to buy something from this guy:

Has anyone ever bought from him? Are those good bikes?
Cheers
