1 1/8" quill stem

Hello.

I have a 1993 M-trax with a 1 1/8" threaded headset and a quil stem, 140mm. I am looking for a shorter stem, ideally 70-90mm. Does anyone know where I can get one? Do they even still exist? Only way I have thought of to fix the problem involves new headset, stem and ahead-style forks but that would be £lots.

Also 700X35mm used touring bike tyre free to anyone who collects (Lincolnshire) I no longer have a bike it fits but too good to throw away.

most quill to Ahead adapter stumpy thinks have a 1" quill section with a seperate shim to take it up to 1 1/8", you could buy one and use that shim.
