HHSB almost there

I've just received a letter from Parcel Force. The frame in the UK and just waiting for me to pay VAT and a clearance fee totaling 49.10GBP, shame I can't afford it until pay day :[

should have done what i did, ask them to send it as £100 pound second hand bike bits , no vat
