Is there a bike shop in the states that'll label parts as 'personal'?

See that's what I don't get - 75's work out at about £96 from Trackstar (unless I'm wrong), and that's not including postage and the subsequent duty issues, whereas they're £109 here, which for me isn't a big enough difference to warrant the potential grief. I know that other things have a greater price difference though, but I've noticed similarly small benefits when buying stuff like MKS pedals and Nitto stuff too.

Sugino and Nitto are the things I want to buy aswell. Nowhere is really that cheap to buy these things. Maybe yahoo! auctions in Japan but I'm a bit scared to bid on things there. I'd rather get things by mail from the UK or bought in person in a shop in the US. I've been stung with import duties too many times before and I like knowing exactly how much something will cost, to the penny, before I buy it.
