Yes it is a wheel set....front and rear.....awaiting collection!......I do go to London....occasionally.....in fact I am a Londoner....not that is really relevant....from Whitechapel....again not relevant.....but email me!
Recently when on my bike...i overtook a rozzer [a nice 1950s phrase]....i was awsiting a pull...but at 18mph......that did not happen.....but i thought my colar was going to be tugged!
