cheapish pedals are often the culprits of mysterious drivetrain clicking. bearings loosen up, cone cracks, or they just make noise cause of poor craftsmanship. not saying thats what it is, but maybe keep it in mind...
well that wouldn't suprise me, the stock fuji pedals are a pile of gash...they have these weird lips that stop my foot going all the way into the clip so it often takes 3 or 4 attempts to get in there. well annoying. they were next on my list to be replaced anyway so i hope that's the problem
