London is terrible for theft and I'm paranoid so i've got a combination of 5 locks. Abus and Kryptonite.
The abus steel-o-flex are popular, carry round your waist and locking through more bits of bike or round larger objects. The Kryptonite fagedaboudit( or whatever wank its called) mini d also popular because you can fit it in your pocket, and it doesn't give the thief much space to get a tool in.
I have one of the Krypto' chains but you have to HTFU because they are super heavy.
