Which side does the clicking come from? and does it come consitently or under pressure?
i'd include the pedals in the check list. but stripping it and re-assembling it is a good move. just check sheldons site for tools and do it early on a saturday with knowledge of the local bike shop incase it goes south!
remember New bikes are like women and need greasing, tweaking and tightening after the first couple of months.
