A simple stunning EDDY MERCKX - white / purple / pink, deep V's being ridden post-haste past me and everyone else through Old St. 9.10. I was going to compliment the girl... but she was on a right mission. Or was it I who was dawdling ?

I spotted mashton on his way to buy a loaf of bread yesterday, just happened to be looking for it in the pub.
also spotted Vic crossing curtain Rd, Rakan and Zoe on curtain rd, and 3 guys with Vivalo's and arrospoks on curtain rd.

Corny will attest - I didn't have a stitch of Rapha / Assos on!Edit: my bike spotted another forumenger's bike outside a dodgy pub down the side of Leicester Sq. Sweet blue / white track frame (tight geometry) with cut down bullhorns, white tape and a 'Ride On' spoke card. Chris (can't remember username) I think? I was in the pub.

only spotted one fixed wheel frenchie en paris yesterday, and i pretty much walked a billion miles. still, the fellow was on an orange iro and wore a helmet (clearly got style and good taste like yours truly) though he was an actual curryer and not a fakenger like moi.
couldn't help but notice the public bike scheme, 'velob' or wharever it be. they look a little retro/80's but they were everywhere and seemed to be super popular. good work frenchies! :D

Mouse, was that your Condor? I noticed the heap of FGSS spokecards. I was in the Tom Cribb with some old school friends. Without the Rapha, I didn't spot you (despite doing that sidi spotting floor glance)!
Oh and also spotted me this morning falling off my bike before I'd even put my feet in the pedals. After a freezing Brockwell Lido swim this morning, I have new found respect for tri-athelete types...

Yep I was in there for just one pint after the cinema. Nice bike - don't think I've ever had a look up close at Westie Beers. -

Well it didn't look like that back then. Pipwish's magic white tyres hide a multitude of sins.

two spots, one of Object cycling past the trixies playing polo last night in Columbia Road, we hollered and hollered but you were in your own little ipod world.
another exciting spot, 5 parachutengers with red smoke and everything jumping out of a chinook flying over the columbia road court - anyone know what that was all about - looked like they were headed riverside. -

They're landing at Bunhill Fields, I think they have a big military event there - maybe a passing out parade? You see all the officer material heading down in dickie bows on City Road.
sohi's got a bike twin!
