Hi, is the Bob Jackson 56.5cm seat tube measured centre to centre, or c to top?
Thanks -

What size kidneys do you have and what is your blood group ?
-
• #4
It is the seat tube as measured centre to top.
@tynan: my blood group is A ( I think) the kidneys are of average size, and for a 21 year old are in excellent shape. they are HHSKs if you like that kind of thing.
I love that kind of thing but I am no fan of burgundy so might consider getting them powder coated.
I will let you know.

I'm very interested in your Bob Jackson frame/fork, any chance of a viewing/buying before 10th?
it would be good to check the size is a fit.
Good luck with the exams!

i'll take the wheels- you don't mention their condition but 110 for the suzues pprovided they are ok sounds fine.

I am interested in one of the wheel sets. Suzue set would be my first choice, if not sys/ ex. I would need to have a quick chat about the condition but I am very interested.

I've just had a big chat with a very nice chap at Bob Jackson and it seems a gent of my stature needs a 21.5 inch Vigorelli, I'm thinking your frame must be 22 or 22.5 inches, (am I right?) sadly too big for me. So as they say on Dragons Den, "I'm out" :(
By the way, the BJ guy said there's a 5-6 week wait for an off the peg right now! Do they even get on the peg anymore?
-
• #17
5-6 weeks would be optomistic. I ordered an off the peg vigorelli in February and it took 10 weeks to arrive. Not complaining, I would still have ordered even if they said it would be 10 weeks, just would have been nice to know it was going to take that long.

Hmm no one intrested in the bianchi. Well i might be then.. Just looking for a starter really. More info, a pic??
-

Its a vertical drop out roadie, made of aluminium, and in excellent shape. It was a low end bike, but not the lowest. The model before the C2C came out. I can't remember the model name (due to piss poor memory being taken up with biochemistry, and the bike being at grandparents house in Devon).
Not really fixable, but an excellent starter bike.
(there is some interest as well...) -

Finally, these really, really need to go. At the moment my room looks like some sort of bike store.
Are you still sleeping in Evans, Holborn ?
Bianchi is still for sale: 54cm £200.
There might be a queue though.
