Yeah.. usually the day after I've ridden 200k it takes me a bit longer to pass everything compared to when I'm fresh :)

I think what P!MP describes is fairly normal. I'm normaly super quick after three pints...well I was last friday anyway...

Some days I jump on my bike and seem to be flying other days it's like I am dragging a bag of sand behind me, anyone else get this too? Excluding head/tail winds of course.
