Fitzjohn's Avenue is a bit cruel ( . . . the sound of approaching HTFUs).
Kinda cruel but it's no Swains Lane "Of Pain", its one of the stages of the competiton, some people actually enjoy hills

Start 9pm - How long should it take (factoring in the fastest and those who are not so fast/fit) - something like an hour or two ? Cutting it close with the pub ?
well that is true and i'm not sure if everyone will want to go but charterhouse bar, near smithfields is open till 4am so that is my input, i'm sure we can find somewhere or someone's place to drink
