  • hi
if you join VCL.ive had same probs with changing bike setup gears, wheels etc as it my first season, the lock up spaces must be insured?
saturday sessions are good for me, so when i get there i prefer to get on the track asap

  • You don't have to join VCL to store your bike there. You can just pay them £30 and lock your bike in one of the containers. Talk to Corinne or Dave (the people who take your money when you sign in).

And no, the lock-up spaces aren't insured. You lock up your bikes!

  • thanks for that info...!

  • I think it's cheaper to joi the club!

  • point taken winston - I think its 20 quid to join VCL. not an option for me though!

  • Don't know if you've a bike in mind already, but they also hire out Fuji's for £35 per season. A mate's got one and he loves it. It took him a couple of sessions, but now he thinks its set up just right for him (better than having to try to setup one of the freebie bikes every time)

  • Thanks but I've got a Gazelle with undrillable forks, so I might as well use it, plus I'm running out of space to store it at home.
