I once filled my camelbak up with beer and walked into town from Archway (sucking on the 'tube of knowledge') to meet an ex-girlfriend for a drink, there was only three cans in there but I was absolutely fucked when I got to the pub off Kingsway, it was a hot day so maybe that had something to do with it.
You should try it, really, you can look like a marathon walker/heath advocate while concealing your debauchery.
