I think "Ass Clown" is a winner, so I started thinking of other phrases that I know well from memory.
The Yanks have things like Ass Wipe, Douche Bag,
Here we used to say Fuck Wit,
In Grenada and Trinidad you can hear Yuh Mudda Cunt,
Jamaica has Bomboclaat.
What else is good? I'm definitely adding Ass Clown to my armoury.
