Threatening the police- especially when they're still dealing with you- would be super-dumb and I wouldn't do it.
Getting stung with a Public Order Offence is a nightmare- if you are given a fine and contest it you face a nightmare at the Mags Court.
All officers are not cnuts, are not fascists. Those that are need to be held to account.
Being defeatist in the face of oppressive behaviour is however too depressing to contemplate. I've had two significant victories over the police this year in cases that will make a difference.
I'm bailing out of this as people hold their views and I don't want my only posts to make me out to be some pain in the ass campaigning 'assclown' (I loved that). I'm not. I came here to find out about nuclear seat posts.
EDIT: I like how it has stirred debate, though.
