There are often knee related threads on here, so I wondered for myself and others if any of you have seen an osteo/physio/shaman or similar type person who did your knee/knees the world of good? I have a recurring grumble behind and just at the bottom of my right knee-cap (banged it a few times in my youth, rugby, falling of motorbikes, that kind of thing). It's nothing major but it's noticeable. Thanks all.
