i got some of those rainlegs that ads suggested earlier. today was the first rainy day since i got them.
i'm pretty happy - they're quite effective, easy to store/carry, and very comfortable to ride in. +1 for rainlegs. apart from looking a bit like a gay rave cowboy, of course.
