Thank you for your email. Unfortunately a broken key is not covered by warranty. Unless there is a obvious material defect there isn't really any way a key can be faulty, since there was no sign of a material defect such as discolouration or bubbles this was not considered a faulty part. Thank you

apart from randomly snapping, that was one well functioning key. no more abus for me, and no more wiggle
