I've had a brainwave for forthcoming South Drinks(not that I'll be able to make any of them for a while) but how about this:
Do a consecutive postcode tour?
First would be
SW1(Victoria)
SW2(Brixton)
SW3(wherever it may be?) etc, etc...
Once the 'W's are done can move on to the 'E's
That way it varies it up a bit plus people get to drink nearer their work/house because of the variation. Also makes it more interesting...
I suggest stopping when you get to the Mitcham/Norbury/Catford postcodes as they are all shit'oles!
