the general concensus seems to be that it's a piece of shit, so i'll prob give it a miss. i'm a total bike rookie, want to spend about 200 pounds, but i plan on riding it to work so want it to be decent,

is this a good one? i can buy this today i think, but the guy said he was near kingsland, which seems to be ahotspot for bike theft.
