I've yet to find anywhere cheap in London for spokes. Brixton Cycles have the best range, but pricey. My DT Swiss Comp black were 50p each :S Were 30p back in Basingstoke when I got a LBS to order me a load.
Condor never have the sizes I want. London Fields don't understand me on the phone; I've given up with them. Never tried BLB because of their poor service.
