Well, I did pay £169 for it 3 years ago for an excellent condition (even the tyres were in perfect condition despite lasting 10 years) road bike with all the trimming, even the gear knob thingy is made out of titanium (probably pervious owner's upgrade).

That would be very cheap for a complete bike IMO. If its only the size thats giving you problems, why not sell frame-only and keep the wheel and cranks for a new frame?

Because after selling this, and add an extra ton or two, I can easily get a Charge Plug, see where I'm going? also even two weeks without a bike due to building and swapping part is life-threatening to me (jobs, money, etc. hence bike as it cheaper than the tube, don't even own a car, not in fucking London!).
