Don't worry it's a joke..... probably....
Buy the pista in chrome. They are nice, nice bikes and I sometimes wish I'd gotten one as a first fix.
But I didn't.
Oh well (that reminds me I need to bring the bob back inside subtly. -

i was in melbourne a few months back and everyones riding a pista, i yawned frequently when i seen a persons head from behind a car cycling and then they pass the car and there is ANOTHER pista.
their nice, no doubt about it, but it wouldnt surprise me if fuji coped the pista for their latest 'track'...... its looks like its twin with a different haircut (paintjob)
i cant see much difference other than the wheel quality.
frame looks exact....

Get another 300 and go for the Pro. No need for upgrades, although you might need a brake for a fiver.

For the Pista they share - according to you...

i didnt say they ride the SAME pista, there is more than one pista in melbourne.
a lot of people seem to have the frame.

basically Cuppa T, whatever bike you buy, someone on here will think your a cnut.
So? who gives a shit. I ride a '06 Langster that badly needs a clean, but I don't ride it to look
pretty, oddly I ride it to get from one place to another and its simply convenient to have the minimum amount of moving parts. when I really want to go for a proper long ride I break out the 27 speed.Welcome to the forum btw, and enjoy your 21st birthday.

I'd go for the fuji track tbh. I did love my pista, but you'll still want to replace all the bits fairly sharpish. The pista's wheels are probably no better than the fuji's.
They are fairly similar, but the geometry is slightly different. the pista is quite a bit steeper, with less rake on the forks, which makes it a bit more nimble than the fuji, but will also present problems in the form of toe overlap, which isn't nice when you're first getting used to fixed.
go for the fuji!
And you're forgiven, of course. We all have to start somewhere :). enjoy your 21st.

where do you live cuppa T?
Im getting one too probably, we can go on a noob ride together if it doesnt sound too gay.
I didnt manage many mile on my homebrew raliegh before it died, so im still very much a newcomer.

to be honest, the a good question, where do i live.....
sometimes Glasgow (west end), other times Perth
how about you?p.s i dont know what size i should get of fuji... im like 6ft 1
-

im 6ft2 and getting a 58in Fuji... (its the biggest in Japan).. but they had a Calfee bikes fitting rig thingie (so dialed in the Fuji's details) and its seemed to be ok (not like i have much choice)
best thing is to try one out m8... i dont have that luxuary
