Full fingered gloves in the summer? Errrrrm, okay... If you're concerned you're going to hit your hands that frequently on cars to buy full fingered gloves, perhaps time to consider riding slightly further from cars?
And leather? Isn't that going to be very sweaty? I wouldn't know; I don't wear leather.
My Endura ones were good last summer, still using them now although they've developed a hole between two of my fingers.
