There hasn't been the need for it. There isn't still. I wouldn't want to actually mod some people as that takes the onus off of the community to police themselves and does create a police force of a kind. Shit, we're all adults, just be reasonable and deal with people as you might if you were actually sat across from them in a pub. But if someone doesn't get the message and know when to just drop it and calm down calm me and I'll be a bouncer.
