can anyone recommend anything good, i don't know much about this stuff. if anyone can recommend a good pedal and even a good shoe too. i've ridden some of those shimano caged pedals a while ago on my old mountain bike, since i was thinking the cage would be a good compromise so i could ride in trainers from time to time. they turned out to be pointless and slippy as fook. anyways, yeah, any pointers? thanks all :D
