I fell off

on the way home from work tonight outside Kings Cross Thames Link,going up Pentonville Road, some ped carrying free papers stepped out in front of me, did anyone see it?

Me on a blue Kona Paddy Wagon now with very bent handlebars
Him Really bloodied mouth and wanted to get away quickly
Me very sore bruised and hacked off at the state of my bike, with confidence in tatters

I hate those free fucking papers. When those vender's stick there arms out in front of you. makes me mad. I found I can just give them a certain look and they snap their arm back in very sharpish.

Do get back out and ride tomorrow though, if possible. quickest way to get your confidence back I have found.
