FIrst you apply car shampoo from a bucket and massage well to loosen dirt, then you spray her down with muc-off and rub the dirty bits, spray again and leave to marinate.
When she is cooled down you gotta wipe her again with a sodden cloth.
You may need a toothbrush for the hubs, BB area, behind fork crown, etc. -

Don't worry , that won't last. In no time you'll be lying to her and sneaking out to the pub. Soon you'll be eyeing up other bikes, you'll wonder what you ever saw in her and before you know it she'll be replaced...
