Chafing

Cheers for the advice guys. I'll try some creme next time, I thought the cream was only something 50 year old audax riders used on 400 km + rides or something.

I presume any antiseptic type cream is fine like e45 or nappy rash cream or is it some special cream that I have to go to a bike shop and whisper for, get taken round the back to be given "some of the good stuff".

Assos do the 'special' cream but it's no better than Sudocrem and costs substantially more.
