I believe the wierd frame is a Paris Galibier.

My father took his hand made Paris frame to australia in the fifties and in the 70s built it up to original spec, it is now sitting in my shed there waiting for me to go home and fix it.

spotted 5o/14 this morning on Lower Richmond rd me going other direction

Saw you as well but didn't recognise you! On my way to RP where I didn't see anyone I knew.
