For my money I think it looks a bit lax on the angles to truly be called a 'track bike'.
Do so, it would be interesting to hear what he has to say. Most 'track' for road frames are though aren't they. I mean even stuff like the Steamroller/Wrongster etc. or Fuji's own 'Track' the geometry is a bit more forgiving so less likely to be twitchy on the road.
