Let me know how you get on with them. I Googled them the other day and found they're only £12 or so.

dont know anywhere cheap but i use them and in my opinion they are absolutely brilliant.
if you are a cyclist who doesnt wear lycra and likes to fit a pair of sneakers into your straps whilst feeling completely connected tot he pedal then get some. i feel like im selling them, they are brilliant though. i am quite stoned.

+1 snoops.
PowerGrips™ are brilliant, better than straps and cages in my own opinion, I don't use them now (but did for years) as I have had SIDIs+Bebops for years (which in the grand scheme of things win on pretty much everything), but if I wanted to cycle in normal shoes I would always go for PowerGrips over cages and straps.
It is every cyclists duty to give these things a try, they are that good.

How soon do you want them?
I've got a pair, but they're sat on my self at home. Not sure when people will be coming to London to visit.

I went to a haberdashers(sp?) and bought some webbing and velcro and made some myself.
Didn't work out so well.

• #14
Do these work on BMX pedals?
-
• #15
oops sorry object didn't mean to step on any toes...
-
• #16
these sound really interesting (just been reading about them), so you say they're better than cages..? do they hold your feet in well enough riding fixed?
-
• #17
Well i tried them,
but in my opinion they dont hold your feet like clips or clipless do! Didn't like them as they didn't feel safe for stopping! sorry should point out i am riding fixed with no brake (as it were).

• #18
i see people that use them having about an inch or so of lift of the pedal while skidding. yikes!

wow sorry! got my posts mixed up! had a few beers tonight losing it slightly...
If anyone has a pair they want rid of will take them off your hands.
Failing that, anyone can recommend somewhere cheap to pick a pair up...
