Jackson's quote £65 for a single and £95 for a pair (inc. bridge)
I guess prices round london would be about the same -

Hi Aidan,
Oh right. Have you got any idea how much it would cost to fix? Or who could fix it?
Cheers.

Whitcomb (they're in London) charges a bit more than that. 100 for a single stay I think it is. Mercian's prices are similar to Jackson. Dave Yates is a bit more. Have a look at Argos' website too, and Chas Roberts possibly? I don't know if they repair.

I put the Jackson price up because they list them online.
I used Witcomb for the new tube in my Jackson. He charged about £100 for a new top tube. -

Atlantic Boulevard will probably be cheaper than those already mentioned. 0161 762 0456.
www.atlantic-boulevard.co.uk They have a collection service too. -

My freind recently found his Dad's old track bike in his shed. It seems to be pretty good but the frame has rusted through one of the 'seat stay' tubes at the back of the bike. Is this something that can be repaired or is the frame a right off? If this can be fixed does anyone know how much it would cost?
Thanks guys.
Tedz.
