Hmm, might not be dodgy.. it's fairly easy to end up with a pile of 'meh' bikes if you're the right kind of person. Just ask this guy.
Although, the likelihood is that some of those bargains have been 'liberated' at some point.
On the other hand, he is also selling a saddle and seatpost. That looks dodgy.
