suryly is a fantastic sturdy ride and very light. Excellent survivor of accidents, so solid and beautiful in grey. I could not bear it if someone slagged off a surly.

i think they are a bit overbuilt for the road but fine if you are after a utility bike.
the image/marketing of a small backstreet brand is a bit ott though.
there is a large amount of corporate money behind the brand, surly isn't 4 blokes with jeans, t-shirts and beards in a backstreet lock-up but part of a clever marketing machine, corporate finace and Taiwanese labour. (nothing wrong with that)
i like the colours though but the bikes remind me of volvos slightly overbuilt and a bit chubby round the middle but o.k for riding around a grassy field.
