Somebody I know has bought themselves a beautiful classic Keirin frame from Japan.
To get them up and riding it quicker I was going to lend them some old System-x/Mavic wheelset I had spare.
The problem is, the axles don't fit.
By this I mean the axle circumference is too great for the trackend slot (which is 9mm F+R). Axles spacing is fine length ways.
Anybody seen this before and more importantly know where to get a budget hub/wheelset that will fit an older Keirin frame?
