I'd sell the (lovely) Moser, then buy a £160 track frame form Brick Lane Bikes (which is absolutely not an IRO Mark V, ehem).
Or hang around for a bargain track frame with a brake drilling.
Conversions are fine, but usually result in pedal strike and half-links etc. You can afford a frame built for purpose if you sell the Moser.
