I freaking ain't. Have you not seen my rants on the quality of their softshell and the availability of their stuff in other shops? That stuff gets my goat and pisses me off royally.
But, when it comes to the aesthetics and everyday use of cycle wear when you live in your clothes and don't want to be humming all the time... when it works and doesn't fall apart it's unbeatable.
The problem is... it's damn expensive and does fall apart. But... when it works...

I was over at my Mum's at the weekend - up in the Pennines above Oldham. Spotted Ryan Bonser.
Not that he has to buy his Rapha kit...
I been told that the cRapha team clothing is actually made by either Nalini or Santini - can't remember...

Converse in the bag, swap them over, and bag in the cloakroom.

What vb does with clubbing/cycling is pretty good, I think. Merino would be perfect for in hot clubs.

I reckon the tiger-stripe skinsuit with cock hole would be perfect for clubbing

Saw someone on top of Box Hill recently totally Raphaed up. He looked very silly.
Assos is nice and technically great but very expensive. I've just come back from New York with a sackful of Castelli kit. Beautiful and practical and stylish and, at dollar prices, almost affordable. Assos was still too procey out there. Mind you, look at their website for the pictures of the women's bib kniockers and bib tights. Very nice.

"Blue has been around for well over ten years now. When he started his nickname made sense to everyone. Nowadays it doesn't need to make sense. After all, names rarely do. It could only be assumed that blue was the colour of his bike. That's how the guys identify each other. If you ask anyone where "Nick" or "Bill" is, you will always be faced with the question "What bike does he ride?" But now Blue's bike is an old green and white Puch track bike. No brakes, of course. His name hasn't changed though. "Hey Green and White!" wouldn't have the same ring. And besides, there's already someone else called 'Puch'"
If you can cope with this being reverse imprinted on your arse, then you, too, can be condorman...

I wear Howies base layers and maerino wool t shirts. There about £25 to £40 and they are wicked. Machine wash no iron and look good to!
Swrve shorts are the absolute nuts and are so cool!!!! I don't look like a twat in them (at least i don't think i do :))

Endura also make nice merino base layers that are super comfy and more affordable and! you can buy them in a local bike shop! their shorts are really good too. Rapha is nice but not at full price. thats my buying ethic!

hi there, been a buyer of a few rapha bits in the past and recently bought one of the new coloured rapha t's. Was really pleased with it, performance was great as was the fit. decided to get one of the new black ones, with the print. recieved it this morning and its much thinner material and also a tighter different fit.
has anyone else noticed this?
also gave rapha a call and they have said that first it was a different material, because of the print and then said that it was the same. anyhow they have said that if i don't like it send it back. they were rather rude and now i am wondering if because they are so successful they are now putting customer service to the back burner. may be nothing but just curious if anyone else has had the same experience?

Famously, we're all huge fans of all things Rapha here. It suits our aspirational lifestyles.
Just ask BMMF.
Oh.

fair point and they are a bit poncey, but they have good design occasionally and also there is a definite lack of alternatives.
