Also have a panther stem. Its pretty art deco- was going to go to Robofoxx, but haven't heard form her for a while. Fits a 1 inch threaded headset, is pretty much 1 of a kind.
About a 10 degree rise I reckon (maybe more) and prob about 120mm long (prob effective 110). Looking for £20.

I think they are both for front brakes so left handed. I cant be 100% sure, I don't have them in front of me though.

Ok, I also have:

Shimano Dura Ace FC7600 track cranks (170 mm) with 50T Dura Ace Chainring.
The Chainring is in excellent condition, the cranks show some rubbing (loss of E on ACE on drive side, little more on left side).
For Square Taper Bottom brackets.
£100 (ONO) (the cranks new are 130, chain ring 50).

3TTT Motus stem. Brand new, mounted and then removed. Grey finish.
