My excel workbook has 5 tabs.
2 relate to the bikes I've got in progress, the other 3 relate to the bikes I currently own.
Each sheet has a component-by-component breakdown which detail;
Cost, Where it was purchased, Price, Date, Colour and any relevent weblinks.
Each component then also has attached a link to my removeable harddrive which when connected takes me to a photo of the product as it was new and then another photo showing it fitted to the bike.
At the top of each sheet is also details of average miles ridden per week. This updates, via a nifty but not yet complete Array formula, the date that I should consider servicing the bike and which particular components (depending on riding style) may need to be replaced.
Paul, you underestimate me.

Not that I'm OCD or anything.
