They pretty much fit everyone i think- unless he started his one size for big uns and one size for little uns.

I love my smeear hats.

they are all medium, elasticated (one size fits all) like most cycling caps, but i have made the fit a little more roomy lately cause everyone seems to have massive noggins. these people have pushed the 'average' size up a few cm :)
