  • it's a good starting point to build the bike up with the saddle level, then adjust from there.

    sometimes people have them tilted slightly back, others find the nose too high and tilt slightly forwards, it's rarely optimum if you go too far either way.

    bike fit is so important, especially if you want to do long distances, bad riding posture can have lasting effects.

    just look at hippy, he used to be 6ft 3 with a 34inch waist...
