So here is how the death of cyclist Anthony Smith, 37, of Wilton Way was reported today in the Hackney Gazette. The police carrying out the activity mentioned at the start of the thread actually witnessed it. Horrifying situation. Is there already a campaign underway to educate cyclists of this danger?
