F'kin hell! Sorry to hear that - get better soon. Make sure that you speak to the police ASAP and ask that they prosecute for careless driving and failing to stop and/or failing to report an accident all criminal offences. Ask a mate to take pictures of the accident scene, your injuries and your damaged property. It sounds like this driver will say that you swerved and they had no chance of missing you. Then sue the wanker...
