Ok, i built some primatos onto open pros not so long ago, however there were 32hole, if you have 36hole then the measurements will differ slightly. These are the measurements i have in my little book anyway:
Rear: Because the rear is single sided fixed you'll need to dish the wheel, hence different spoke lengths for drive and non-drive sides. So, for a 3 cross build (yes this is def the best for the rear) drive side needs 293 and non-drive needs 295.
Measurements are as follows:
Rim ERD: 605
Centre to flange: (drive side: 29) (non-drive side: 44)
Pitch circle diameter: 60 (same both sides)
Front: The one i built i did radial, so for this you'd need 273.
If you want to build it 3 cross then i'd guess approx 293 would be probably be cool. You could work out the definite length with the DT swiss calculator. The measurements you'd need are:
Rim ERD: 605
Centre to flange: 33
Pitch circle diameter: 60
As you'll be putting in 'user defined' hub options then you'll have to make sure nipple size is set to 12mm, and set the diameter of spoke hole to 2mm roughly.

p.s. for anyone building on deep v rims, the ERD is 582...it actually says it on the sticker over the rim weld!
