So its not a 13 year old anymore apparently, but one of the people who hang around Windrush / Ritzy bit well known face in Brixton and all that. Seems they didn't collect many witness statements (as her friends saw it happen, hence the rucus with the prison van) and when I passed they did seem more concerned about keeping the prisoners on board and saving the woman. The driver of the van's been arrested. Beeb news story's been updated:
