Don't know anything about it but a propane torch from b&q would work.
For something a bit better which would get the metal up to temp quicker and hence be easier to use a mapp torch could be used, also avalible from b&q.
I would go with the mapp because you want to make sure the head tube was well up to temp to allow the filler to flow fully in.
