hit it with a hammer, if it breaks then yeah it was a crack, if not err you will get one soon :p

is there any movement of the crack when you sit on it? -

if not then it might be ok, just keep an eye on it... -

If you can feel it inside and outside the seat tube then it probably is a crack. It's a pretty easy lug to replace so it doesn't need to be terminal. I'd keep riding and see what happens. If it does spread than you can drill a hole at each end of the crack to stop it propagating as an interim solution.

I take it that's one of those really expensive keirin frames that has been crashed by a real live keirin racer.
Bet it is a crack. I'd be willing to bet it was cracked when you bought it.

Help? No, just stating a fact. That's all. £180 for a cracked frame is quite expensive, don't ya think?
And it seems that it is indeed cracked. That was the question, wasn't it?Now the question is can it be repaired? If it's the lug, yes and reletively cheap. If it's the seattube, yes and not so cheap.
