anyways, as pointed out above, using an angle grinder isn't really necessary, a hacksaw will do the job. so, a blow torch should not go anywhere near your frame. uh uh. don't do it. hacksaw then file it down with a hand file will work just fine, angle grinding is just the lazy way of doing it.
